ISM, Patna, December 20, 2025: Organised under the visionary guidance of the Academic Head, Dr. Sweta Rani, the two-day 9th National Management Summit & Research Conference 2025 (NMSRC-2025) concluded successfully at the International School of Management (ISM), Patna, featuring enriching academic deliberations centred on the theme “Changing Landscape: Navigating Transitions.”
The conference featured the presentation of nearly 100 research papers by teachers, academicians, research scholars, across the country, and postgraduate students from PGDM, MBA, and MCA programs of the Institute. These papers were deliberated across four technical sessions covering diverse domains such as management, media and communication, technology, human resources, the Indian Knowledge System, and society. Conducted in a hybrid mode, the sessions ensured broader participation and fostered inclusive academic engagement. It was organised by the Research & Development Cell in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at the ISM campus.
The valedictory session of the Summit was graced by Mr. Manish Kumar, State Coordinator, Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society, as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering on the conference theme, he highlighted the rapidly changing business and innovation ecosystem, underscoring the importance of adaptability, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking in navigating the transitions in today’s dynamic landscape.
A comprehensive rapporteur report of NMSRC-2025 was presented by Mr. Nishant Kumar, Assistant Professor, encapsulating the key discussions, research insights, and outcomes of the technical sessions. The conference also recognised academic excellence by awarding Best Presenter Awards, while all research paper presenters and participants were felicitated with certificates.
The dignitaries from the ISM Management, Shri Samrendra Singh (Chairman), Shri Deval Singh (Vice-Chairman), and Shri Amal Singh (Secretary), appreciated the remarkable participation of scholars and the organisational excellence demonstrated throughout the conference. They congratulated the organising team for successfully hosting a national-level academic event of high scholarly standards.
Delivering the Valedictory note, Dr. Sweta Rani, Chairperson, NMSRC-2025, emphasised the significance of continuity and growth amid change, noting that platforms like NMSRC play a crucial role in shaping future-ready academic and professional perspectives.
The Vote of Thanks was proposed by Ms. Neeru Kumari, Co-convener, NMSRC-2025, who expressed gratitude to the chief guest, management, speakers, delegates, participants, and organising team members for their collective support in making NMSRC-2025 a resounding success.
The successful conclusion of NMSRC-2025 marked yet another milestone in ISM Patna’s journey towards fostering research, innovation, and meaningful academic dialogue at the national level.
