ISM Patna (31 January 2024): The International School of Management Patna (ISM Patna)
took a proactive step towards promoting the holistic well-being of its students by organising a
comprehensive Physical and Mental Health Awareness Seminar under the guidance of
Director, Dr. V. B. Singh. This enlightening session, targeted at second-semester students
pursuing BBA, BCA, BAJMC, and BCP courses, was held on Wednesday, 31 January at the
Mahatma Gandhi Auditorium of the Institute.
The seminar featured distinguished speaker Mr. Vikas Kumar, a renowned Health and Fitness
Trainer, who shared invaluable insights on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, both physically
and mentally. Mr. Kumar’s expertise and engaging presentation style captivated the audience,
providing them with practical tips and strategies for managing stress, enhancing fitness, and
fostering a balanced approach to life.
The event witnessed the esteemed presence of Dr. V. B. Singh, Director and Neeru Kumari,
Admin of the institute. Their active participation underscored the institute’s commitment to
the overall well-being of its students. The Admin echoed this commitment, stating, “We
understand the challenges that students face, and it is our responsibility to equip them with
the knowledge and skills to navigate both academic and personal spheres successfully. The
Physical and Mental Health Awareness Seminar aligns with our commitment to nurturing
well-rounded individuals.”
The seminar covered a range of topics, including stress management, the importance of
physical activity, and techniques for maintaining mental resilience. The interactive nature of
