ISM Patna, 26 March 2025: The Training and Placement Cell of the International School of Management (ISM), Patna, successfully organized an insightful industry visit for its Third Trimester PGDM students to Munchhonn, AFP Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd., at the EPIP Industrial Area, Hajipur, Vaishali, on Wednesday, 26 March 2025. The visit was strategically planned to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry applications, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of production, operations, and human resource management.
During the visit, Mr. Brajesh Shukla, Production Head, Mr. Chandan Singh, HR Manager, Mr. Anuj Dubey, Dispatch In-charge, and Mr. Prakash Kushvaha, Quality Manager at Munchhonn, guided the students through the company’s production and operational processes. The immersive experience allowed students to observe firsthand the intricacies involved in manufacturing a diverse range of crispy and crunchy Indian and Western savouries, including namkeens, snacks, and bakery products.
Under the esteemed leadership of the ISM Director, Dr. V. B. Singh, the visit was meticulously coordinated by Training and Placement Officer, Ms. Neeru Kumari. The team, including Assistant Professor, Finance, Dr. Rahul Kumar, and Assistant Professor, Mr. Kundan Kumar, ensured that students gained an in-depth perspective on the functioning of a fast-paced manufacturing unit.
Ms. Neeru Kumari emphasised the significance of this industry visit in enhancing students’ understanding of real-world business operations, thereby strengthening their practical knowledge for future career opportunities. She also highlighted its relevance in facilitating internship opportunities and hands-on training for aspiring professionals.
