ISM Patna Hosts Digital Poster Making Competition to Mark Anti-Ragging Awareness Campaign

ISM Patna, August 13, 2026: In a strong commitment to promoting a safe, welcoming, and inclusive academic environment, the Anti-Ragging Committee of the International School of Management (ISM) Patna organized a dynamic Anti-Ragging Awareness Campaign today. The event featured a creative Digital Poster Making Competition and was solemnized on the occasion of the 10th Death Anniversary of Lt. Tarkeshwar Singh Jee, revered mentor and guiding light whose enduring vision, values, and ideals continue to inspire the institution and shape its journey.

The awareness initiative saw enthusiastic participation from the undergraduate (UG) second-year students, who designed impactful digital presentations and graphics to campaign against the menace of ragging. To honour their contribution to campus safety and awareness, all participants will be awarded official e-certificates.

The event was conducted under the expert guidance of Dr. Sandeep Kumar (Director, ISM Patna), Dr. Sweta Rani (Academic Head), and the IQAC Coordinator, alongside Ms. Neeru Kumari (Admin). The campaign was ably coordinated by Ms. Bhavna Kumari, Coordinator of the Anti-Ragging Committee. In her address to the students, Ms. Kumari highlighted the core objectives of the institutional anti-ragging policies. She emphasized the strict moral code of conduct expected from every member of the ISM community, urging seniors to act as mentors and protectors rather than tormentors to their juniors.

Speaking on behalf of the administration, Ms. Neeru Kumari (Admin) reiterated the institution’s zero-tolerance policy toward ragging of any form. She outlined key administrative takeaways and helpline resources essential for maintaining a secure environment.

Students were thoroughly briefed on utilizing the national and institutional helpline networks, including the dedicated Anti-Ragging Helpline, ISM Patna, to report any grievances instantly. The administration assured students that any reports or complaints filed would be handled with absolute privacy and strict confidentiality to safeguard the identity of the students.

The administration committed to maintaining vigilant campus monitoring, ensuring a proactive response system where help is readily available. The campaign concluded with students and faculty taking a collective pledge to maintain a healthy, respectful, and completely ragging-free campus.
