ISM, Patna, 6 March 2025: The Training and Placement Cell of International School of Management (ISM) Patna successfully organized an industry visit for its PGDM students to Munchhonn, AFP Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd., located at EPIP Industrial Area, Hajipur, Vaishali, on Thursday, 6 March 2025. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry practices by providing students with hands-on exposure to production, operations, and human resource management.
Under the esteemed guidance of Director, Dr. V. B. Singh, the visit led by the Training and Placement Officer, Ms. Neeru Kumari, offered students an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing processes involved in producing a wide range of crispy and crunchy Indian and western savouries, including namkeens, snacks, and bakery products.
Mr. Chandan Singh, HR Manager at Munchhonn, conducted an insightful session, engaging students with industry best practices, workforce management strategies, and operational efficiencies. His session provided valuable industry insights, enhancing students’ understanding of the manufacturing sector’s dynamics.
The visit was meticulously coordinated by the Head of the Department of Management, Prof. Pooja Dubey, and Assistant Professor, Mr. Jai Kishor.
