Patna, 20 November 2025: The International School of Management (ISM), Patna, through its MoU Team, organized an intellectually engaging and academically enriching awareness lecture on the theme “IQAC's Journey from Internal Practice to NAAC Recognition.” The session was graced by distinguished academician Capt. (Dr.) Rajesh Kumar Sinha, Head of the Department of English and IQAC Coordinator at S.P. Jain College, Sasaram, Bihar, served as the guest speaker.
Capt. (Dr.) Sinha delivered a comprehensive and thought-provoking talk on the evolving role of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in the process of institutional accreditation. He emphasized the importance of continuous quality enhancement, data-driven evaluation, participatory governance, and the need to cultivate an institutional culture rooted in transparency and academic integrity, key pillars in achieving NAAC recognition. His address offered a rare blend of scholarly insight and practical guidance, resonating strongly with faculty members and academic administrators.
The event also witnessed the esteemed presence of the Guest of the Day and Academic Head, Dr. Sweta Rani, Admin, Ms. Neeru Kumari, IQAC Coordinator, Dr. Anas Rayees, and IQAC Co-Coordinator, Ms. Pooja Dubey.
The programme commenced with a warm Welcome Address by Dr. Sweta Rani, followed by an Introduction to IQAC at ISM delivered by Dr. Anas Rayees, who highlighted ISM’s commitment to academic excellence and result-oriented quality assurance initiatives.
The session was smoothly coordinated by MoU team members, Assistant Professors, Mr. Bhavesh Kumar and Mr. Satish Kumar, whose meticulous planning ensured the programme’s success.
