International School of Management Patna on Saturday, 29 April 2023 organised an online International Conference on the theme “Growth Resilience and Sustainability in a Dynamic World.” The conference, convened by esteemed Director of the institute, eminent economist, Professor, (Dr) R. K. Singh, aimed to bring together leading experts, scholars, practitioners, and policymakers from around the world to discuss and explore the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the areas of growth, resilience, and sustainability. In four breakout rooms the technical sessions of the conference were moderated by major four domain leaders Human Resource Management, Ms. Pooja Dubey, Finance and Economics, Ms. Shilpi Kavita, Marketing Management, Dr Anand Kumar Chaudhary and Information Technology, Ms. Jaya Kumari.
All technical sessions were graced by more than 20 renowned academicians and technical experts as key note speakers including Cedic Ng Mong Shen, International Coach and Trainer, Singapore Management University; Prof. Greg Barner, Associate Vice President HR, University of Miami; Prof (Dr.) Himachalam Dasaraju, Senior Fellow and Professor Emeritus Commonwealth Visiting Fellow, UK; Prof. (Dr.) Tulus T. H. Tambunan, Centre for Industry, Small and Medium Enterprise, and Competition Studies, Universities Trisakti, Grogol, Jaakarta Barat, Indonesia; Prof. Dev Raj Paneru, Director (IQAC): Global College International, Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal.
During the course of the conference several papers were presented by more than 100 participants of premier Business Schools and Technical Institutes. They covered a wide range of topics, including economic growth, environmental sustainability, green human resource management, social resilience, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, study on privatization-sustainability, circular economy, neuro marketing, block-chain a path of resiliency, cloud for business resiliency, etc.
