ISM Patna (23 June,21): On Wednesday, the Entrepreneurship Cell of ISM organised Gyan Setu Session for Developing Entrepreneurship Skill as a virtual talk of Mr. Ajit Pandey, an MBA from Hampton University, USA and a distinguished Trainer from ISTD, New Delhi, and Training Programmer at Tata Steel Management Development Centre, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Drawing complete attention of the participants by telling a few insightful stories of successful entrepreneurs, Mr. Pandey imparted knowledge and experiences of integrity, self-awareness, learning agility, influence, gratitude, ability to delegate communication, empathy to develop leadership as well as entrepreneurship ability covert in every normal human being. At the end of the session, an inquisitive quiz based on comprehending the talk was called for by the participants among themselves. The talk was convened by the coordinator of the E-cell, Ms Shilpi Kavita and co-convener Ms Vandana Verma.
