ISM, Patna, April 08, 2025: The International School of Management (ISM), Patna, reaffirmed its commitment to academic excellence and institutional quality on Tuesday, April 08, 2025, by organizing a Faculty Development Workshop focused on NAAC Accreditation and Sensitization. It emphasised Quality Enhancement through Collective Institutional Participation.
The workshop witnessed active participation from all faculty members as well as the administrative, IT and Library non-teaching staff, highlighting the inclusive and collaborative approach ISM Patna has adopted towards quality assurance and institutional development.
The key resource person for the day-long session was Sri Kailash Patnaik, a distinguished expert in higher education quality benchmarks and accreditation protocols. With an insightful and comprehensive 64-slide presentation and engaging discussions, Sri Patnaik shed light on the critical nuances of the NAAC accreditation process, underscoring its role in fostering continuous improvement and institutional accountability.
The workshop was convened and seamlessly coordinated by Ms. Neeru Kumari, the Coordinator of ISM Patna’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). Her efforts were instrumental in facilitating the session’s smooth conduct and ensuring comprehensive engagement across departments.
