An Expert Talk on the topic “ Purpose driven Disruption: Educational blueprint for ‘New Normal’ world” - Lecture Series 3 (As a part of Faculty Development Program) was organized on 27.07.2020 by Human Resource Department of ISM Patna. Dr Aravind CA, Associate Professor, Faculty of Innovation & Technology, Taylors University, Malaysia was the eminent speaker of the session. He has given a good insight on the topic. He emphasized on adapting disruption and accordingly act in present circumstances. He discussed about the various disruptive models and how to handle disruption in academics. He suggested that, to survive 3 I’s need to be executed i.e. Innovate, Improve and imitate. He also explained the concept of ‘DEEP thinking’ and ‘LONG thinking’.
